Every dog over 8 months of age is required to be spayed/neutered in order to participate in group play. Dogs younger than 8 months are allowed to participate before spay or neuter and can return to group play after the procedure once over 8 months of age. Please call our facility to learn about one-on-one care if your dog is older than 8 months and not spayed/neutered.

I acknowledge and understand that there are risks and benefits associated with group socialization of dogs. I agree that the benefits outweigh the risks and that I (owner) accept the risk. I desire a socialized environment for my dog while attending services provided by THE PET STATION COUNTRY CLUB. And while in their care I understand that while the socialization and play is closely and carefully monitored by THE PET STATION COUNTRY CLUB staff to prevent injury, it is still possible that during the course of normal play my dog may receive minor nicks and scratches from roughhousing with other dogs. Any noticeable injuries to my dog will be pointed out by staff upon pick-up.

I further acknowledge the risk associated with transmissible diseases (various viruses and upper respiratory infections). I understand that most communicable forms of infection occur in a group setting where dogs are nose to nose and for which no vaccine exists. I understand that every dog is susceptible to these strains of “kennel cough” especially younger dogs and older (immunocompromised) dogs. I accept that my personal dog(s) may contract an illness during this time and release THE PET STATION COUNTRY CLUB from any liability. THE PET STATION COUNTRY CLUB will always provide information on any illness spreading throughout certain groups via email, text, and/or the Facebook page Club Dogs. THE PET STATION COUNTRY CLUB also reserves the right to cancel group of certain days to try and curb the spread of illness in the program.
