What To Expect
Reservations
Reservations require a 25% deposit to confirm booking. Full refunds are applied if cancellation occurs more than 72 hours before original drop-off date. No refunds are given if cancelled less 72 hours from original drop off date or within 30 days of the 6 major holidays as well as Spring Break.
If your reservation falls during one of the six major US holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day) or Spring Break, two weeks out from your reservation, your dates are locked in and you will be charged the nightly rate for all dates scheduled – regardless of changes made after the two week date. No refunds of deposits are given if booking is cancelled within 30 days of the booking date that falls within the holiday date range. See facility for details.
check-in and check-out
Boarding check-in begins at 1 p.m. on weekdays. A $13 early drop off charge per pet is applied to your bill if checking in before 1 p.m.
Boarding check-out is before 12 p.m. on weekdays. A $5 per hour per pet late charge will be applied if your pet is not picked up by 12 p.m. Check-in and check-out on weekends can be any time during normal business hours.

Each pet should arrive with individually pre-portioned meals to help maintain their regular feeding routine and ensure a smooth transition during their stay.
If meals are not pre-portioned, our team is happy to prepare them for you, and a $0.55 per bag service fee will be added to your final invoice. If food is not provided, we will serve our house diet, Hill’s Sensitive Skin & Stomach, at a rate of $2.75 per meal.
Health and Wellness
Each pet receives a Capstar flea treatment tablet upon arrival for the comfort and protection of all our guests. This helps maintain a clean, safe environment and prevents the spread of fleas throughout the Country Club.
MEDICATIONS: We can administer most oral and topical medications. If your pet is taking medication, please bring them in their original, labeled containers and inform our team. Injectable medications can be given for an additional fee – please notify us in advance.
VACCINATIONS: Vaccinations are required for all pets enjoying our services to ensure the health and safety of every guest. Medical exemptions or titer results may be accepted with a veterinarian’s note.
Dogs require Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper, and Canine Influenza vaccines. Important: The Canine Influenza vaccine requires two rounds and may take 2-4 weeks to be fully effective. Both rounds must be completed prior to using our services.
Cats require Rabies and Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Feline Panleukopenia (FVRCP) vaccines.
SPECIAL NEEDS: For pets with special needs, we require an additional charge that covers extra care for medications, feeding issues, and as many potty breaks as needed.
WHAT TO BRING
All pets should arrive with their food, any necessary medications, and updated vaccination records (if not already on file). You are welcome to include favorite toys, blankets, or comfort items from home, though it is not required – so your pet will have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Each Private Residence and Premium Suite is thoughtfully prepared with raised Kuranda beds and toppers, elevated feeders, stainless steel bowls, and freshly laundered blankets to ensure a clean, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.
