As President and Co-Founder of The Pet Station Country Club, Scott leads the company’s growth by developing high-performing teams, creating operational excellence, and equipping our leaders to serve their teams well. He believes great businesses are built by investing in people and is committed to giving his team the tools, support, and accountability they need to succeed.

A graduate of Starmark Dog Training Academy, where he finished at the top of his class before remaining to apprentice, Scott is a certified dog trainer and behavior specialist and a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP). Born and raised in western Kentucky, Scott earned his degree in Communications from Western Kentucky University before pursuing his passion for canine behavior. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, their children, Reid, Davis, and Veda, and their two dogs, Tag and Goose.

As Human Resources Director, Sarah is dedicated to creating a workplace where team members feel supported, valued, and equipped to succeed. Having been part of The Pet Station Country Club since before opening day, she has helped shape the company’s culture by building lasting relationships with both clients and team members while partnering with leaders across the organization to build confidence, strengthen teams, and support their growth.

Sarah earned her degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University and spent five years in human resources with a large privately held staffing company before joining The Pet Station Country Club. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, their three children, Reid, Davis, and Veda, and their two dogs, Tag and Goose.

As Co-Founder of The Pet Station Country Club, Rebecca leads the company’s brand and marketing while helping shape the business’s standards. She works to ensure every interaction reflects the values of The Pet Station Country Club – from the way the company is presented to the experience it creates for clients and team members. She partners with the leadership team to build consistency across the organization and develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship.

An entrepreneur for more than 20 years, Rebecca has built her career around serving people and creating meaningful experiences. She is a certified life coach through The Life Coach School, studied Human Resources at Bellarmine University, and continues to invest in marketing, brand identity, and personal and leadership development. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and fellow co-founder, Paul, their children, Crew and Victoria, and their dogs, Coco and Alfie.

As Human Resources Assistant, Taylor supports the people who make The Pet Station Country Club special, helping cultivate a positive workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and equipped to provide outstanding care. Since joining TPSCC in 2020, she has built a strong understanding of our culture and operations, bringing that experience to her role in supporting and developing our team.

Taylor grew up on her family’s farm in Southern Indiana and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Peace Studies from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Joelene, and relaxing at home with her cats, Kitty Minky, Michonne, and Slimeball.

As Operations Specialist, Corrine helps keep The Pet Station Country Club running smoothly by supporting our facilities, equipment, and teams across every location. Since joining TPSCC in 2019, she has developed a deep understanding of our operations, making her a trusted resource for every department and an important part of delivering a seamless experience for both pets and their families.

Born and raised in Oldham County, Corrine has always had a love for animals of all kinds and has spent much of her life rescuing and caring for them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Rylee, and her rescued “son,” Steve Irwin.

As General Manager of our Murphy Lane location, Jenna leads a dedicated team committed to providing outstanding care and a welcoming experience for every pet and pet parent. Since joining The Pet Station Country Club in 2017, she has grown from the boarding team into leadership, bringing years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of what makes every guest’s stay exceptional. Her calm leadership and steady presence help create a positive environment where both pets and team members can thrive.

Born and raised in Louisville, Jenna developed her strong work ethic helping manage her family’s farm and has always had a love for animals and the outdoors. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, and spending time in nature.

As Client Services Lead, Amy helps keep every day at The Pet Station Country Club organized and running smoothly. She leads our front desk team, coordinates the flow of daily appointments, and helps ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Since joining TPSCC in 2023, Amy has become an integral part of creating the hospitality experience our clients know and love.

Originally from Ohio, Amy considers Kentucky home after moving to Louisville at a young age. With a background in biology, psychology, and more than 15 years of management experience, she enjoys combining exceptional service with her love of animals. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her mini-farm in Shelbyville, which includes three rescue dogs, four rescue cats, and a flock of chickens.

As Boarding Lead, Myah leads her team in providing attentive care for every overnight guest, helping ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay. Since joining TPSCC in 2022, she has become a trusted leader whose patience and calm approach help both her team and the dogs in her care thrive. She especially enjoys building relationships with pets who need a little extra time, understanding, and reassurance.

Born in Tennessee and raised in Louisville, Myah earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville. Outside of work, she enjoys playing sand volleyball and spending time with her dog, Finn.

As Assistant Boarding Lead, Megan helps support the boarding team in providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for every overnight guest. Since joining TPSCC in 2024, she has become a valued member of the boarding leadership team, helping create a positive experience for both pets and the team members who care for them.

Originally from Florida and raised in Kentucky, Megan earned a degree in Finance from the University of Louisville before following her love of animals into a career in pet care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, cheering on her favorite sports teams, watching horror movies, and making memories with her two dogs, Ryleigh and Peanut.

As Daycation Lead, Marissa leads her team in creating a safe, engaging environment where dogs can play, build confidence, and enjoy their day. She joined TPSCC in 2019, bringing valuable experience from the veterinary field and a deep understanding of animal care that continues to benefit both her team and the pets she serves. Known for her loyalty and dedication, Marissa is committed to supporting her team while ensuring every dog receives thoughtful, individualized care.

Born in Colorado and raised in Oldham County, Marissa has spent her life surrounded by animals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her three cats and horse, and writing prose.

As Assistant Daycation Lead, Caroline helps create a fun, enriching environment where dogs can play, socialize, and enjoy their day. Since joining TPSCC in 2021 as a Canine Coach, she has grown into a leadership role, where she supports her team while also serving on our Party Planning Committee. Her creativity shines through as she plans special events, celebrations, and memorable experiences for our canine guests.

Born and raised in Louisville, Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bellarmine University, combining her creative background with her lifelong love of animals. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, music, and spending time with her six dogs.

As a Dog Trainer, Jessica helps pets and their families build confidence, strengthen communication, and create lasting relationships. After joining TPSCC in 2020 as a Boarding Team Member, she discovered a passion for training and continued her professional development through Starmark Academy in Austin, Texas, where she became a certified dog trainer and behavior specialist. She especially enjoys helping shy or uncertain dogs gain confidence and feel more comfortable in new situations.

A lifelong Louisville resident, Jessica has been surrounded by animals from an early age and has always enjoyed learning about their behavior. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, hiking, and spending time with her two Great Danes.

As Grooming Instructor, Staci provides exceptional grooming services while mentoring the next generation of professional groomers at The Pet Station Country Club. Since joining our very first location, The Pet Station Salon & Boutique, in 2016, she has helped shape our grooming program and now leads our in-house Nash Academy certification program, where she develops many of the talented groomers across our company.

Staci discovered her love for grooming at an early age and has spent decades perfecting her craft while building lasting relationships with pets and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, their two children, and their yellow Labradors, Cooper and Sunny.

As a Groomer, Samantha enjoys helping every pet look and feel their best while creating a calm, personalized grooming experience. Since joining TPSCC in 2020 as a bather, she discovered a passion for grooming and continued her professional development through our in-house Nash Academy certification program before becoming a full-time groomer in 2022.

Samantha’s favorite part of her role is building lasting relationships with pets and their families while tailoring each grooming experience to the individual needs of every dog. She looks forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces to the grooming salon.

As a Groomer, Anna enjoys helping every pet leave looking and feeling their very best while creating a positive, personalized grooming experience. Since joining TPSCC in 2022 as a bather, she discovered a career that perfectly blends her love of animals with her background in hospitality and creativity. She continued her professional development through our in-house Nash Academy certification program before becoming a professional groomer.

Originally from Menifee County in Eastern Kentucky, Anna moved to Louisville in 2010. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their two cats, Zoo and Boom Boom Bubba, and hopes to add a dog to the family in the near future.

As a Groomer, Chris enjoys helping every pet look and feel their best through personalized care and attention to detail. After joining TPSCC in 2023 as a Boarding Team Member, he discovered a passion for grooming and continued his professional development through our in-house Nash Academy certification program before becoming a professional groomer.

Born and raised in Louisville, Chris originally studied audio engineering before realizing his passion was working with animals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his four calico cats, as well as pursuing his interests in web development and music.

As General Manager of our Vine Crest location, Alana leads her team with a servant’s heart, creating a welcoming environment where both pets and people feel genuinely cared for. Since joining TPSCC in 2017, she has grown into a trusted leader who enjoys supporting her team while helping ensure every guest receives thoughtful, personalized care. Her approachable leadership style, combined with more than 15 years of customer service experience, helps build lasting relationships with both clients and team members.

Originally from Northern Indiana, Alana has called Louisville home for more than a decade. Outside of work, she enjoys adventuring with her four rescue dogs – Casanova, Paisley Ann, Kira, and BearBert – and spending time with family and friends.

As Client Services Lead, Taylar helps create a welcoming, organized experience that gives pet parents confidence from the moment they walk through our doors. Since joining TPSCC in 2024, she has brought her background in pediatric client services to the pet care industry, where she enjoys building relationships with families and helping make every visit smooth and stress-free.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Taylar relocated to Louisville with her partner, Soren. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the movies, playing The Sims, quilting, and spending time with her dachshund mix, Sadie, and her two cats, Marcy and Cheese.

As Boarding Lead, Isabella leads her team in providing attentive, individualized care for every guest, helping ensure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay. Since joining TPSCC in 2018 while attending Eastern Kentucky University, she has grown into a trusted leader whose knowledge and compassion benefit both our boarding guests and the rescue dogs in our partnership with GRRAND. She works closely with GRRAND volunteers to help care for rescue dogs awaiting their forever homes, ensuring they receive the same exceptional support and attention as every pet in our care.

A Louisville native, Isabella earned her degree in Animal Studies and enjoys getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two dogs, Kirby and Yuma.

As Daycation Lead, Maddie leads her team in creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment where dogs can build confidence, make friends, and enjoy their day. Since joining TPSCC in 2022 as a Canine Coach, she has grown into a leadership role while continuing to bring genuine care and encouragement to both the pets and people around her.

Growing up just outside of Louisville, Maddie has always loved animals and is currently studying to become a nurse, reflecting her passion for caring for others. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, Jo and Ruby, and spending time with her Memaw at bingo.

As Assistant Daycation Lead, Nona helps her team create a positive, enriching experience where dogs can build confidence, make friends, and have fun in group play. Since joining TPSCC in 2024, she has become a valued member of the Daycation leadership team, bringing nearly a decade of experience in boarding, daycare, and veterinary care. She also serves on our Party Planning Committee, helping create special events and memorable experiences for our canine guests.

Originally from Baltimore, Nona is known for her compassionate nature and the genuine relationships she builds with both pets and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, photographing nature with her Canon camera, and spending time with her three cats and bearded dragon.

As Head Trainer, Carole helps pets and their families build stronger relationships through clear communication, trust, and lasting results. Since joining TPSCC in 2017, she has become a trusted leader whose knowledge, experience, and dedication have helped shape our training program and the success of countless dogs and their families. Carole is an Associate Member of the International Association of Canine Professionals (IACP) and a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator.

Born and raised in Pewee Valley, Kentucky, Carole earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Sullivan University. Her passion for dog training was sparked by working with her own behaviorally challenged dog, Otis, leading her to apprentice under certified trainers and continue her education in canine behavior. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Otis and Hank, and exploring advanced trick training.

As a Groomer, Gabby takes pride in helping every pet leave looking and feeling their best. Since joining TPSCC in 2022, she has become a valued member of our grooming team, providing attentive, personalized care while building lasting relationships with the pets and families she serves.

Originally from Pekin, Indiana, Gabby happily makes the drive across the Ohio River each day to do the work she loves. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with her three rescue dogs and spending time watching a favorite TV show or movie.

As a Groomer, Kaytlin combines years of experience with a genuine love for helping pets leave clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Since joining TPSCC in 2022, she has brought her talent, creativity, and attention to detail to every appointment, providing personalized grooming tailored to each pet’s individual needs.

A Louisville native, Kaytlin has loved working with animals from an early age, showing horses through 4-H before beginning her grooming career in 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her cockapoo, Arya, reading, and spending time with her two cats, Biscuits and Dijon.

As a Groomer, Jesse combines his artistic eye with a genuine love for animals to provide personalized grooming for every pet in his care. Since joining TPSCC in 2021, he has brought his creativity and attention to detail to every appointment, helping pets stay clean, comfortable, and well cared for.

Originally from Connecticut, Jesse worked in the healthcare industry before pursuing a career in grooming and completed his education at Nash Academy in Lexington, Kentucky. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three cats, drawing, painting, discovering new restaurants, and attending animal events.

Jessica is a professional dog groomer with over a decade of experience in the pet care industry. She is a 2025 graduate of Nash Grooming Academy and is dedicated to providing high-quality grooming services with a focus on safety, comfort, and compassion.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and her own pets – four dogs and one cat – which inspires her commitment to treating every animal with patience and respect.

As a Dog Trainer, Beck helps dogs and their families build stronger relationships through trust, communication, and practical training. Since joining TPSCC in 2021, she has continued to grow her skills and passion for training, completing her professional education at Starmark Academy in 2024. Beck enjoys helping owners gain the confidence and knowledge they need to create lasting success with their dogs.

Beck holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and has experience in animal shelters, veterinary medicine, and dog daycare, giving her a well-rounded understanding of canine behavior and care. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, trick training, dog sports, and spending time with her two dogs.

As Assistant Daycation Lead, Cole helps guide dogs through a fun, structured day while supporting his team in delivering exceptional care. Since joining TPSCC in 2024, he has quickly grown into a leadership role after discovering a career that truly fits his passion for animals. His favorite part of each day is the connections he builds with both the dogs in his care and the families who trust us with them.

Born and raised in Louisville, Cole has always had a love for animals and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Outside of work, you’ll often find him exploring nature or spending time with friends, family, and the dogs he loves.

As Boarding Lead, KC is passionate about helping both pets and people succeed. After joining TPSCC in 2024, she quickly grew into a leadership role, becoming an integral part of onboarding and training new team members. She enjoys helping others build confidence while ensuring every guest receives the attentive care and hospitality The Pet Station Country Club is known for.

KC moved to Louisville in 2024. Originally from Nevada, she has been surrounded by animals her entire life, thanks to her family’s involvement in veterinary medicine and dog fostering. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her pets, Coconut and Colby Jack, as well as baking, playing guitar, and collecting rubber ducks.

As a Groomer, Madison enjoys combining creativity with skilled grooming to help every pet look their best while feeling comfortable throughout the process. After joining TPSCC in 2023 as a bather, she completed our in-house Nash Academy certification program and became a full-time groomer in 2024. She loves the artistry of grooming and is always excited to take on a new breed, style, or creative challenge.

Madison takes pride in getting to know each pet and tailoring every groom to their individual needs. She enjoys building relationships with the families she serves and looks forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces to the grooming salon.

As General Manager of our Old Henry location, McKenna leads her team with energy, high standards, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every pet and pet parent. Since joining TPSCC in 2021, she has brought more than a decade of leadership experience while inspiring her team to continually grow, serve others, and provide outstanding care.

Born and raised in Louisville, McKenna has always had a deep love for animals, especially senior dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Lyla, her dogs, George and Roni, and exploring the outdoors whenever she has the chance.

As Daycation Lead, Raven is passionate about serving both dogs and people while creating an exciting, enriching environment where every dog can play, learn, and express their unique personality. Since joining The Pet Station Country Club in 2022 as a Canine Coach, she has grown into a leadership role through her dedication to the Daycation program. She enjoys building strong teams, getting to know each dog’s personality, and creating exceptional Daycation experiences for pets, clients, and team members.

Born and raised in Louisville, Raven discovered her passion for working with dogs after joining The Pet Station Country Club. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her soul dog, Bo.

As Client Services Lead, Sydnie enjoys building lasting relationships with the families who visit The Pet Station Country Club, creating a welcoming environment where both pets and pet parents feel right at home. Since joining TPSCC in 2021, she has become a trusted leader whose genuine care and friendly personality help make every visit a positive experience.

Sydnie holds a degree in Arts with a focus in Business and has worked in customer service since the age of 15. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her hound mix, Milo, spending time with her cat, Gracie, listening to Taylor Swift, and visiting her family’s cattle ranch in Montana. In 2023, she also welcomed Poppy into her family after adopting her through The Pet Station Country Club.

As a Groomer, Abby enjoys providing gentle, one-on-one care that helps pets feel comfortable and confident throughout the grooming process. After joining TPSCC in 2022 as a Canine Coach, she discovered her passion for grooming and completed our in-house Nash Academy certification program before becoming a full-time groomer in 2024. She especially loves working with puppies and nervous dogs, helping create positive grooming experiences from the very beginning.

Abby takes pride in building trust with every pet she meets and believes patience and compassion are the foundation of a great grooming experience. She enjoys helping each dog leave clean, comfortable, and ready for their next adventure.
